@usedbandage9 Hm… It looks like if your computer OS is the problem with infected files. If I were you. Try this program on another computer. And it may be your Ipod being the newest version.

Ok, when i open sharepod, my a message appears saying: “The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software?” so i click “run”. Sharepod then opens and another message appears saying: “A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly…etc” and it has to be closed. It also doesnt seem to detect the ipod touch that is plugged in. (itunes recognizes it however, and it IS charging)

So I did everything you said. I downloaded sharepod and i also downloaded winrar. I extracted the file and clicked on the one with the ipod icon that says “sharepod.exe” when i open it it says “looking for ipod” but then an error report comes up and closes my window. It’s one of those error reports that says “send to microsoft” or “don’t send” please help me D:
