My review is different. I bought this for my daughter knowing it was a marginal solution – this is the first time my 13-yr old daughter has had a phone (last person in her class to do so). This product broke in it’s first week of use. However, I don’t think it was faulty product. I’ve since bought a more “child-considerate” product. I thought the price was very good!

THE BEST IPOD TOUCH CASE I HAVE EVER OWNED! I have dropped my iPod many times now and the case hasnt even scratched. I highly recommend this case because it’s cheap, nice looking, and strong.

I love this case, I always get compliments on it. The only slight complaint I have about it that I have to take the case apart to hook it up to my fm transmitter.

If you only need a case that lasts a week, then this a fantastic buy. If you want a case that will not have pieces break, then you should stay away from this product. My self along with several others I have talked to had a poor experience with this case. The notches that snap together to hold the 2 sections together are poorly constructed and are very easily broken. The bottom segment that surrounds the charger section is also made very poorly. I would suggest investing in a case that is not made of a thin plastic. I appreciate the low weight of the case, but I feel that the attempt to add little weight to the iPhone created a very crappy case. It looks great and my self along with friends may have all gotten a bad product ( unlikely due to the # of complaints). It does provide nice protection for your iPhone, but sadly it destroyed its self.

I’m very disappointed in this iPod Touch case. I bought one last October, and it’s already cracking and just today a small shard of it fell off the back of the case. I should note that I do not abuse my Touch. I don’t toss it around like a Frisbee or use it as a puck while playing table hockey. If anything I treat it with great care. Yet, a few weeks ago I noticed some cracks in the case, and just yesterday when I picked it up, a small piece fell off the back! I’ve read similar complaints about just this problem for the same case for the iPhone here on Amazon. The case looks great, and feels great, but if it starts cracking and falling apart after just two short months, well, “caveat emptor”. I’ll move on to a better protective case for my Touch and likely not buy one from this company again. After the great reviews I have read of iFrogz products, this is quite a let-down.
