when you plug it into iTunes must offer your iTouch. there is a tab at the leading that says “applications” click it and then verify the box that says “sync all applications”

Press the applications on the left side of iTunes and connect your iPod and then it should start to synchronize

If you downloaded them all ready, then you must click on the side that says it lifthand your name and the iPod … ‘S after that then go to the synchronization bar applications and click on all applications!
