your ip address is your router address, you dont have to cover it =P . 192.168.x.x

why cover up the IP address? its local to your network n00b, nobody could get to you unless then knew the IP address of your cable modem.

i put my ip add correctly,the username is root ang pass. is alpine,then it says failures: my ip add. is error:connection failed…..premature connection close. i put it many times,still error! heeeeeeeelp! plssssssssssss!

Can you just savely connect your jailbroken device (in my case 4.0) to the computer?? Does nothing weird happen with the jailbreak and iTunes???

You can check you ip address without downloading any application. Just go into settings then into wifi and hitting the arrow next to the wifi connection that you are using. It says it along with a bunch of other information

for some reason i cannot get it to work. im trying to get an NES emulator to work on it. tho for some reason my IP address doesnt seem to work. i have done everything correctly usernames, passwords and everything, but it still doesnt seem to work..
