Thanks Mike. I was about to buy a digital voice recorder for meetings but it look like I can do it on a iPhone 4. I am looking at buying a new phone as well. Why do people give negative comments, it is beyond me?

What if it won’t let you record? Like idk what happened to mine but it was working fine til just recently. Everytime I try to press the red button, it would say “need mic to record” I don’t know what I did or did something went wrong?!!! I really need your help!!

if its an iphone it may be because your mic is damaged, but if it’s an ipod touch, it will most likely be becuase the lead/mic you have plugged in is not properly plugged in, or the lead is faulty

Just a friendly warning, the warranty for the iPhone is voided if you use it in sub-zero temperature (C), its a bit of a joke to me.
Nokia gives you warranty to -15 C.
