ok ok, I fixed the problem I posted earlier, but now there is another problem. I make the custom firmware.ipsw and everything I own iTunes. My iTunes has downgraded to 7.7.Why is this happening?

Way to go man. It took me only 6 hours but did not forget their boys and iTunes 7.7 or it will not work. You get the 1600 error code. and how to remove QuickTime say. and then again with a total of 7.7. Good luck.

Put your phone in DFU mode. Load itunes say iTunes, it needs to check on the server for the software, etc, click OK. You receive an error message, exit and open iTunes. it’ll ask to check the server for the software, click on “Check” well, it will say, you’re in recovery mode. press shift and click Restore. Choose your custom firmware. Well, if you disconnect from itunes “1601″ error msg and not or touch your iPhone. Read Part 2 below

PART 2: Your iPhone should have a white screen. Now open iTunes and iTunes should say, “Your phone is in recovery mode, select the custom firmware, and now this time it should completely install a lot of fun.!

A fairly good instructional video that gets the job done. I would have suggested posting error that could occur and some ideas why it might not work mÃ¼ssen.Auch I think you say ponning …. its actually pledge with a long “a” sound, not a “ou” sound.

I have a jailbroken iPhone 1.1.4 one. I have all the steps, but when I shift clicked restore and clicked on the new ISPW file that I created it came with “Error 1601 .., or something like that.” iPhone will not turn or work so what I’m doing now. PLEASSEE HELP MEEE!

all you do is hold the power button for 3 seconds and then at home to remember 10 seconds without the power button then realese power button and hold home for 10 seconds, then go to iTunes and make sure your device is switched off is when you do this to recover because his mde in recovery
