iphone 2g 3.0 firmware update review

I recently downloaded the 3.0 update and jailbroke it on my Mac with the new pwnagetool app from the dev team and i love it. the new features rock. unfortunately now i have to wait for all my hacks and other apps to get upgraded to work with 3.0. oh well!

außrdem wenn man man eine video function braucht(camcorder) der braucht kein 3gs mit 2g und 3g geht das auch wenn man cydia hat^^

ich finde auch das das 2g besser ist als das 3g weil:
besserer w-lan empfang
bessere soundqualität
find ich optisch besser
längere batterie laufzeit
und besserer netzempfang!!!
leider hat das 2g kein gps empfänger aber mich stört es eh nicht.

you don’t get the visual voice mail that AT&T offers… you won’t get MMS (built in) and you won’t get video recording. for the last two you’ll need to jailbreak it. and download some programs.
but yes for the most part… the phone will work after you unlock it.

somewhat. I haven’t noticed much of an improvement on my first gen but one of my friends with a 3G noticed a decent increase in speed with the built in Apps…
