[Users on 4.1 or 4.2/4.2.1 firmwares follow this updated video www.youtube.com This video is for Users, who have problems with their WIFI on their Apple iPhone. We will see how to install Ultrasn0w on our devices without an Internet Connection.. We will be using DiskAid to access our iPhone Contents. iPhone used in this video was iPhone 3g running iOS4. You can use whatever Client you use to access iPhone Contents, like iPhone Browser on Windows or Phone Disk on Mac. You will be needing Ultrasn0w deb file. Download it here www.megaupload.com And if you need DiskAid Download it here for Mac & PC www.digidna.net IMPORTANT : Now what you need, is a jailbroken iPhone. Meaning the phone was jaibroken using redsn0w, snowbreeze or pwnagetool. If the phone was jailbroken with blackra1n or spirit, then you have to install afc2add via Cydia , but you can’t do that since you don’t have wifi. If Confused. Read it again Please. When you have opened DiskAid then you need to transfer the *.deb files that you downloaded in Ultrasn0w zipped file, put them in var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall. If the Cydia/AutoInstall directory is not there, then you create one as demonstrated in the video. NOTE: Type Cydia folder with UpperCase “C” and AutoInstall folder with UpperCase ‘A’ and ‘I”. Once all above is done as shown in the video, you need to restart your phone couple times, the 1st for Cydia to install the packages and second time Ultrasn0w start to work. Done. hi dude just one problem after rebooting my iphone the second time..i just see “Searching” but nothing happens after that. It just gets stuck on Searching. I have tried rebooting the third time but no solution. Can you help me out of this pls?

if you have the latest version for your iphone or ipod or ipad then you are using os 4.2 and for that you need the untethered new redsnow from redsn0w.blinkweb.com

i did everything the same but atlast instead of my network name i see it searching all da time and in settings i see NETWORK:NOT AVAILABLE ….but in the carrier i see my network name

hello sir
i saw ur other video and did all the mentioned step and i am successfully unlocked my device but whenever i restart my device it starts in safe mode not getting in normal mode and an error message comes that is ”We apologize for the inconvenience but the springboard has just crashed……”

Please provide a solution so that i can run my device in normal mode.

@tusharjain9811 Ofcourse you will Not get service with 4.1 having 5.14.02 baseband. You need to change the baseband to 6.15.00. Read description for more details.

hey i did all the things that u also did in ur video but my phone is not able to search any network…
My phone details are as follows
iPhone 3g with version 4.1 model firmware 05.14.02 and jailbroked it through sn0wbreeze..

Please help
