Next, I took out the end peice that contains the microphone and the speaker. Next, I popped out the 2 metal grates that protect the speaker and microphone. Next, I removed the plastic film on the inside of each grate. Then I put everything back together and it is super loud. Even louder than poking holes. Hope this helps!
