Query by Bibber: How do I make push notifications operate on my iPhone 2g?
I have an iPhone 2g with three.one.2 firmware jalbroken and unlocked with t-mobile. I just cannot seem to get the push to work! I have already tried the “push repair and youtube” app from cydia but that only fixed the youtube app. The iPhone was jailbroken and unlocked with three..one and almost everything worked perfectly. Is there any way I can get this to perform once again? Please help!

Go to: settings> Turn on Notifications, then go to Mail, Contacts, etc. and below fetch new data choose each and every 15,30, or hourly.
