@ForGivenClan go to our site and go into the downloads section and download and install TinyUmbrella and then connect your iDevice to your pc open TinyUmbrella and choose exit recovery.

You PEOPLE REALLY NEED TO START READING MY VIDEO ANNOTATIONS!! ALSO SEE MY Newer videos. IT answers questions that a lot of you are asking twice. You would also see….Since the release of Limera1n and GreenPois0n there is no reason to downgrade anymore! You can jailbreak iOS 4.1 using those tools! If you rely on carrier unlock you can use use Pwnage Tool or Sn0wbreeze to create custom IPSW file that will update your device to iOS4.1 but keep the old baseband so you can unlock w/Ultrasn0w!

@remzam If you require a unlock for your device you will have to wait until the new Pwnage Tool or Sn0wbreeze tool is released. They allow you to create a custom IPSW firmware to upgrade your device to iOS 4.1 without updating the baseband so you can then unlock with Ultrasn0w.

@remzam You do realize downgrading is no longer needed as iOS 4.1 can now be jailbroken with Limera1n. You should see my lastest video. Only reason not to get 4.1 is if you rely on carrier unlock.

@Rottenpie119 save IPSW file on your computer where you can find it then when you restore in iTunes press shift and choose restore and then choose the IPSW you saved to your PC.
