May 28, 2010 | In: Firmware
Put &fmt=18 at the end of the url for better quality This is a short version of how hack your ipod for beginners. I have already downloaded these things, so I won’t actually download them, but you will need to open them with WinRar. and this is my first vid
For this you will need Mozilla Firefox and WinRar. If you don’t have these, just google them and download and install them. First, open Mozilla Firefox and go to getipodwizard.com . Go to the download tab and download the latest version. open it with WinRar, and drag the wizard hat to your desktop. You should see the icon on your desktop. Close WinRar After that, go to www.freewebs.com . Go to the download tab, and download a Downgrade iPhone Firmware 4.0.2 out to all firmare [Tutorial]” href=”http://www.mongoliatelecom.net/firmware/downgrade-iphone-firmware-4-0-2-out-to-all-firmare-tutorial.html”>firmware (showtime is the best as of now) and download the firmware for your ipod. (5.5g if your ipod has the search feature, and 5g if it doesn’t) Open the download with WinRar and drag that to your desktop. It should be a BIN file. After this, make sure itunes is closed and then open ipodwizard. In the top left hand corner, drop the selector thing down and select firmware file and then click open firmware. find the firmware you downloaded (a BIN file) and open it. Give it a second and when everything is loaded, click write to ipod. Give that a minute, and then unplug your ipod and enjoy! Some good sites for themes and new hacks, I recommend www.ipodhacking.com and www.ipodwizard.net . *I do not take credit for any of this, it goes to ipodhacking.com theislander, supernatural, ipodwizard, and …

Actually, if you write the wrong firmware, it will just go into a loop.
You CAN fix this… So if anyone messes anything up, just tell me and I can help

BE VERY VERY CAREFUL about choosing ur Ipod’s Firmware (5 or 5.5G), and ‘Writing to Ipod’ with that firmware cos if u choose the wrong firmw. it can screw ur Ipod up really bad, that u cant repair it/fix it :S SO guys be careful!!!!

okay, the problem you have is that you downgraded from 1.3, but this is an easy fix
in itunes, simply click and drag any song onto your ipod tab (the one where you can change the syncing options)
that should be it though

Yeah, after you put a hack on there from official 1.3, open itunes and just click and drag on a song from your library onto your plugged in ipod symbol/logo.
Sorry for the late response
