@Seasicksteam If you have windows vista like me it does that right click it and click run as administrator and it will work

well let ur itunes open…open it and leave it open…dont open wizard….click ctrl + alt +del
then u know what u have 2 click…then just close itunes like that…then do everything in the video again…hope it works

for my ipod it said to “close all programs using this drive” or something like that, and that and this were the only programs open!
