i need help because as soon as i started downloading the boss tool my itouch froze and is going super slow and freezing up every second alhtough it downloaded boss tool… im not even in the downloading the iphone app. yet.. and i REALLY need this problem fixed! i followed ALL the instructions carefully… but im not sure why this is happening.. HELP
