A quick 5 min step by step video on how to jailbreak your ipod touch 2g very easily. if you have any questions or comments ill be happy to answer them heres the links for the programs. Libusb: www.megaupload.com quickfreedom: www.megaupload.com ipod restore: www.megaupload.com Custom Firmware: www.megaupload.com Steps 1. Download Quickfreedom, Libusb and the ipod restore firmware 2. Open up Quickfreedom and click start jailbreak. 3. Install libusb and find the ipod firmware. 4. Create the custom firmware and put it on your desktop. 5. Put your ipod into DFU mode. 6. Open Itunes and Shift click the restore button then put custom firmware into restore. 7. Sync your ipod to itunes. 8. unlock your jailbroken ipod and enjoy! GTFO noobs, if you dont even know what a fucking Firmware is or if a usb program will “Fuck up your computer” and you believe it, that shows how much you know. Pick up a manual or read some guides xP. Try and make your own things for once or actually learn a bit lazy fucks

i went to do the DFU and it screwed my ipod up, it has to restore and i click restore and then its restoring and comes up with a billion errors of why it cant restore the ipod!

yea i have the same problem but when i rebooted my pc i pressed F8 and i did load last good configuration or something and now its all ok though , i was so scared that my pc was broken xD

lol the jailbreak doesnt happen to your comp it happens to your ipod i think you mean the lib-usb and yes it has been know to crash all shitty(not vista the comp) vista computers

alright, i fucked up 1 computer by downloading lubusb, your supposed to change ur computer to media package 2 or something so it doesnt disable all of your USB plugs, this fucks up ur comp on VISTA!

Hacking the iPod Touch is not illegal. While Apple would like to make you think it is illegal, it is not, and it is impossible to get in any legal trouble for hacking it. You and Apple made an exchange. You gave Apple $400 and they gave you an iPod. It is officially yours and you can do whatever you want with it. It is illegal to post copyrighted code, such as the operating system of the iPod Touch and the iPhone, on the Internet. But you wont be doing that if you choose to hack your device.
