iTunes says, “The iPod “iPod” cannot be restored because the firmware file is not compatible”.

I’m on 4.1 and using iTunes 10.3.4, and I’m trying to restore a 2G MB model.

@DeejayAnthonyCee what are u talking about, all the files u need to do this are windows formatted. The dmg files are for the people who want to do this with a mac instead of PC,
