How can I get the iPod VIDEO firmware to work on an iPod 6th gen classic?

I have a 80GB iPod classic (6th generation) and I hate the stupid problems, like when the volume is all the way off, you can still hear the sound playing, and how it is really bright even on 0%. Somebody PLEASE tell me how to fix these problems, or get the iPod video firmware to work on it instead. I don’t really like the UI on the iPod video, but I would rather have it than these stupid problems.

I think the older firmware would ruin your ipod, try contacting apple first you can ask them if they think it would not ruin the ipod first.
