@Sonido007 when you hover the file, you’ll have to go into a window and press alt on Win Vista and 7 to get the menu bar. Go to tools>Folder Options. Flip tab to View and scroll to the checked “Hide Extensions of Known File Types” and uncheck it. Apply and Ok. Then delete the “.txt” extension and it should be “Host” when you look at in the Properties. And the File Type should be “File”. Hope that helps!

I got this problem with my iPod touch 3rd Gen (32GB) version4.0.2 because I try downgrading it to the version I use to had before which was version3.1.3,but I heard that you have to have save the SHShBlobs save for that version which I don’t.My dad has the same IPod as me but the old version3.1.3 but I was wondering if I save the SHShBlobs from my dad’s iPod will it work to downgrade my ipod to3.1.3.The problem is that I don’t know if That will work If someone knows something please leave a com

when i hold shift and press restore i click on the firmware and i press open then it says. the ipod “joeymans” ipod could not be restored because the firmware file is not compatible.
