@Schonward01 The new OS will have a few tweaks the main fix dealing with the tracking issue. However nothing significant. Our suggestion would be to stay on your current iOS. If your concern is GPS tracking and your device is jailbroken, just go into cydia and install untrackerd this will fix the GPS issue. It should not be long for the DEV team to jailbreak iOS 4.3.3. You recall 4.2.1 did not take too long to jailbreak then 2 weeks later iOS 4.3.2 came out and within 24 hours it was jailbroken.

I must say out of all the iPhone video’s you are top notch. I have a question if you could answer. I have the VZW iPhone 4 with iOS 4.2.7. I have the latest I tunes available it is 10.2.2.12. My question is , with the new patch apple is coming out with because of the tracking issue should I stay with this iOS version and wait for a jailbreak on that version or would it not make a difference to downgrade and jailbreak? I do appreciate your feedback and will subscribe. Thanks for the help making

Omg ;D Your best you made my day man =) I worked hard with umbrella and everything and my iphone were on recovery mode so i had to restore so it should work and i kicked the Recover and it works ;D Omg your best ;D Oooh and heres my backup so i dont need to put all numbers again omg your best BEST BEST!! I need help.. my I’ve updated my iPhone4 and lost jailbreak so I wanted to downgrade to 4.2.1 but I get 1013 error (I’m sure I’m following the instructions on so many videos)..
when I use tiny umbrella to kick device out of recovery it don’t show the exact window.. it shows window where I can only exit recovery.. and why my iPhone shown as numbers in devices?

I Tried to update my unlocked Iphone 3g with itunes. basically it put it in recovery mode. I could not get it out of recovery mode The only way i could get it working again is to insatall baseband ver ice2-06.15.00 and os 4.1. as you my know with baseband 06.15.00 the GPS does not work. how do I fix this.

I just upgraded to iphone 4 last week and it came with ios 4.2 on it. Is there anyway to downgrade to ios 4.1 so I can use limera1n for an untethered jailbreak? I’ve tried doing it the way you described in your video several times and I always get an error after it tries to verify the software with itunes. I even downgraded my itunes to 9.2 and edited the host file like you described. I am running windows 7 64 bit ultimate. If you could help please email me at s_amerosa@live.com

@pedrohmoniz9 first question…Are you using iTunes 10.0 or did you have to update to 10.1 because your device is now running 4.2.1? Have you updated your device via DFU mode and NOT restored from a backup file stored in iTunes? HAve you downloaded and installed the latest version of Tiny Umbrella to try and kick the device out of recovery mode.

@snakebite429 while in Cydia on your device you see “4.2b3″ your SHSH blobs are saved in cydia.
