I’m not too sure, but here’s what I think is wrong. It seems to me that your iPod has a firmware that is too low. The App Store is not included with the firmware until iOS 2.0. Check your firmware, if it is too low then it is a problème.-Go to Settings> General> About and compare iPod.Si firmware firmware is less than 2.0, your firmware is very outdated, because the App Store does not appear until the firmware 2.0 +. The problem is that you can not upgrade the firmware, because Apple does not allow it. What Apple has called a window where they signed a “sign” of software (which is the firmware) to allow it to install it on their iDevices. Since the highest firmware 1st generation iPod Touch supports is iOS 3.1.3 is a problem because Apple does sign off on iOS 4.1.A else that could be a user before you (if you purchased from someone else) jailbroke the iPod and accidentally deleted the App Store using réglages.De anyway, if your firmware is below 2.0, the only way to upgrade is to re-jailbreak the iPod, then update with custom firmware via Cydia (you have to consider this item)
