I want a iPod Touch application like paint for windows. I want to be permitted to select a picture or photo from my photo library ob my iPod Touch and draw on it. Remeber I wan ti be in a position to do it on my iPid Touch. Is tere any application that works like this?

The Scribble App sounds specifically like what you want. It lets you draw on photos from your photo album and draw on it with 11 colors and three paint brush thicknesses.
