Is there a way about Apple’s stupid “sync” function?

query by Professor Roy Hinkley : Is there a way close to Apple’s stupid “sync” function Seriously, why can not I just drag the files I want to add? I had my ipod sync with my itunes on a personal computer. But I have iTunes on an additional pc, which has several a lot more songs. I believed I could just connect my iPod to it and add the pieces that I want – not, apparently, it is impossible. As quickly as I chosen the playlists I wanted to add, I press “apply” and iTunes right away began to get rid of all my apps! Seriously, why is it so challenging? Who on earth would most likely by no means thought that this is practice? Why can not I just drag and drop particular files that I want, without this stupid synchronization process which tries to make the ipod in iTunes specifically? And no, I am certain I did not had “sync applications” checked. The only factor checked was the particular playlist that I desired to add – why would it delete all of my applications? They had absolutely nothing to do with it, they have been just innocent victims! Very best answer: Answer by Ashley
Attempt setting your iPod to manual sync. you really should be ready to drag and drop then.

When you connect, try hitting the “Manage music and video manually” that should work .. also backup your iPod, its lifeline

ipods are set up to be a slave to iTunes. This was designed to make file sharing between individuals drive. and between your computers and your own files as well as a side effect! However, on the main screen where it shows the name of your iPod and how much space is taken from her, towards the base, there is the option “manually manage music” is what you should have done. because if you sync your iPod with a computer, it deletes everything on it before. including applications. So here’s what I would do .. synchronization with PC applications that, then go to your computer that has music, and click on “manually manage music” and then you add your music to main.ou if you remember when you had apps on there, you can just download them again present on the computer you sync your iPod with
