@ XXxSovietRussiaxXx it sounds like you have a package that is with the installation and use of such a conflict. I recommend deleting the current packages and “Starting Over” off the ropes and your i-device, restoring from a backup and rejailbreaking. Or try to find out which package is causing the conflict.
He says: NOTE: The proposed amendments are not applicable because of required dependecies or conflicts that can not be found automatically or be attached. HOW can I fix it ????? IT SAYS IN Supposed To things that are not Pacage DOWNLOAD> I do not know how to do this. PLEASEEEE HELP MEEE!
