I ordered a Powerpad weeks before Christmas. They took my money despite not even having any stock in! . The product did not turn up in time and Gear4 will not respond to my telephone calls or emails for a refund. I seriously advise not to deal with this company and now considerfing legal action to get my money back. Customer service is not existant, if yours miraculously arrives and there is a problem with it - you wont get anywhere. Save your money Avoid this company and product at all costs.
